An open API for information contained in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings.
Open SEC is a web service datafeed for fundamental financial data from income statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flows as reported to the Securities and Exchange forms 10-K (annnual report) and 10-Q (quarterly).
